The steps are basically:
- Fill out the form to get tax code in the country (codice fiscale)
- Open an account and deposit capital in an account
- Prepare and sign the notarial
Directors
Only requires a company administradorr SRL. The company may have a director, or a Board.
The powers of the directors to bind the company in contracts may vary, and must be declared in the statutes of company.
What are the rules on shareholders and directors?
- There is no requirement for meetings of shareholder (s) and / or director (s)
- If meetings of shareholder (s) and / or director (s) are desirable these meetings can be held by
telephone or other electronic means of communication which provides that all participants can
clearly hear each other - The meetings are to be thought necessary can be held anywhere in the world
- There is no requirement for a secretary resident or otherwise
- Only an administrator or shareholder required for the formation of company
- The shareholder (s) and director (s) may be the same person
- The shareholder (s) and director (s) may be a natural person or corporate body
- There is no requirement to appoint the shareholder (s) and local director (s)
