What is the Registered Office?

Every company needs a Registered Office, which can be anywhere in Spain.

Unlike neighbours France and Morocco, the Registered Office can be anywhere, and you do not have to prove that you have the right to use these premises as a Registered Office.

For tax purposes, this is not the trading address of the company in most circumstances.
